# ESR

Einzahlungsschein mit Referenznummer (ESR) was a payment method used in Switzerland.

Please note that this method was removed from the market in 2022 as [announced by PostFinance](https://www.postfinance.ch/en/about-us/media/newsroom/press-releases/inpayment-slips-withdrawn-market-2022.html).
