With the Vipps MobilePay Donations integration you can reconcile collected donations and manage recurring donation agreements directly from FinDock.
Supporters make donations directly through the Vipps MobilePay app. FinDock receives donation and agreement events from Vipps MobilePay and uses these to create and update the corresponding records in Salesforce.
Donation are handled through a dedicated Vipps MobilePay merchant account with subtype Donations. Standard Vipps MobilePay payments use merchant accounts with subtype Payments.
FinDock receives webhook events from Vipps MobilePay when an agreement for a recurring donation is created or changed.
When a new donation agreement is started, FinDock creates the corresponding source-specific recurring payment record in Salesforce. Depending on the source configuration, this results in new records such as Recurring Payment, Recurring Donation or Gift Commitment with Gift Commitment Schedule.
FinDock supports the following donation agreement webhook events:

These webhook events keep the recurring donation information in Salesforce synchronized with the donation agreement managed through Vipps MobilePay. Events are captured as InBound Report records and processed through Guided Matching.
Installments for collected Vipps MobilePay Donations use the Vipps Mobile Donations payment method, separate from the standard Vipps and MobilePay payment methods.
A FinDock heartbeat checks for new Vipps MobilePay Donations transactions on a daily basis. Captured transactions are parsed into Inbound Reports with subtype DONATIONS_PAYMENT_CAPTURED. These are automatically processed through Guided Matching using rules specifically for Vipps MobilePay Donations.
During processing, FinDock identifies whether the collected donation belongs to a recurring donation agreement or represents a one-time donation and processes the payment accordingly.
