# What is my Salesforce Org Id?

FinDock Support may ask you for your Salesforce.com Organization ID (org Id) in order to assist you with a question, issue, or request. Your org Id is the unique identifier of your Salesforce environment.

The org Id of your production environment is different from your sandbox(es). Whenever a sandbox is refreshed, a new org Id is created.

## To find your org Id

1. Log into the org you want to check.
2. Click on the gear icon in the upper-right and select **Setup**.
3. In the Quick Find search box on the left, type in "company" and select **Company Information** in the search results below.
4. Under Organization Detail on this page, find the **Salesforce.com Organization ID** entry. This is your org Id.
