Why does a PSP show collected at the PSP but not in FinDock?
If a payment shows that it is collected at the PSP, but in Salesforce, it may be due to a missing or failed notification. Use the Payment Intent Id to search for related inbound reports that have failed and check for error messages on the inbound report. This scenario can be caused by missing FinDock permissions or misconfiguration. In some cases it is a temporary issue that you can resolve by retrying Guided Matching on the failed inbound report.
