Multi-Merchant accounts for PSPs

Many Payment Service Providers(PSPs) allow their customers to have multiple merchant accounts. For example, organizations may use separate merchant accounts for different geographic regions.

For PSPs where this is available, each merchant account is defined as a separate account (Target) in the given payment extension settings. Please refer to the processor-specific article to check if multi-merchant accounts are supported.

If you have more than one account for a PSP payment extension, you must define one of those accounts as the default Target. The default is used to process payment intent calls to the Payment API that do not include a target value. If a target is provided, FinDock validates the value by checking if the target name exists in the PSP extension setup.
