Description

The Inbound Report object is used to capture incoming payment data from certain file types and PSP notifications. The file types include, but are not limited to:

Pain.002
ARUDD
ADDACS
DDICA
AUDDIS
Bacs Input Report
SEDAD
CBISDDStatusReport

ProcessingHub generates the inbound report records, which are subsequently processed and linked to related records in Salesforce such as payment profile, installment, contact, etc. Certain actions are also taken to match, update and enrich payment data in Salesforce based on the inbound report content.

Fields

The Inbound Report object includes a wide range of fields. This is necessary to cover all the potential facets of the incoming payment data. In addition to parsing information into relevant fields, the entire incoming payment data is also stored on the inbound report record in the RAW message field.
