Integrating with Experience Cloud
Salesforce Experience Cloud gives you many options for building impactful digital experiences. For customer journeys that involve payments, you can integrate to the FinDock Payment API.
One method is to build a standard REST API integration with FinDock Payment API. This is the approach we describe in our how-to API article.
Alternatively, you can take full advantage of FinDock as a native Salesforce application. Leverage on-platform security and performance by integrating to the FinDock Payment API using Apex class calls. This approach is described in our two-part blog about how to collect payments in Experience Cloud.
If you are using the Apex option with public page integration, make sure the guest user account for the page is assigned the FinDock Experience Cloud permission set.
