No. You can reset the security token for the integration user without affecting ProcessingHub and WebHub connections.

The security token is used for additional security when authenticating to Salesforce via the standard username and password login flow. FinDock ProcessingHub and WebHub connections use the OAuth flow, which does not rely on username and password authentication.
