Can I use the free Salesforce Integration user license with FinDock?
The Salesforce Integration user license is a Standard User license. You may have one or more free Salesforce Integration user licenses available depending on the org type.
The FinDock Integration User permission set group is designed to be used with the free Salesforce Integration user license. Please note that the general permission requirements still apply.
Default record type error
You may encounter the Salesforce error CANNOT_INSERT_UPDATE_ACTIVATE_ENTITY: record type missing for: <Object>. If you encounter this error, you need to assign a default record type for the indicated object to your integration user. This Trailblazer Community thread provides further details and instructions.
FinDock permissions sets created prior to the FinDock September '23 release do not support the Salesforce Integration user license.
