FinDock Support may ask you to grant login access to your Salesforce org in order to assist you with your case. With this access, FinDock Support can log into the Salesforce environment to troubleshoot and fix potential issues.
DO NOT include your own username and password when logging a case. If you do provide this, please expect the support consultant to ask you to change your password immediately.
To grant access FinDock Support
- Log into your Salesforce org.
- Click on your image (or avatar) in the upper right corner and select Settings.
- In the Quick Find search box on the left, type in "Grant" and select Grant Account Login Access in the search results below.
- Set an Access Duration for FinDock Support.
- Click Save.
